Born on December 12 in Kwangjoo, South Korea, no one would have guessed that the little baby Seung Hyun would become who he is today. Moving to Seoul for his father's promotion at work, Seung Ri figured out that school was never his thing, but he finally found his niche with dancing. Quickly falling into a far better group of people, he slowly started performing better in school, now realizing that he could do something with his life.

It wasn't soon after that opportunity came knocking, causing him to pack up and move to Japan. The thought of the country and the sheer appeal it had was almost intoxicating. How anyone could pass up the idea of snagging a record deal and having the possibility to become famous was ludicrous. So, Seung Ri decided (with a slightly heavy heart) that following his dreams meant moving to Japan.
